Purecare stain warranties apply when a Purecare mattress protector is purchased from a retailer along with a new mattress and delivered at the same time of the new mattress. Thank you for choosing Purecare. Rest easy knowing that all of our pillows include a limited warranty from product defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you purchased your Purecare pillow in the USA through purecare.com or through one of our authorized resellers, it is backed by either a 1- or 3-year limited warranty (product dependent) from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. The warranty length for your pillow can be found on both the product packaging and the product listing on our website: www.purecare.com. BY EMAILING CUSTOMERPRIVACY@PURECARE.COM AND REQUESTING TO DELETE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR REQUEST TO DELETE ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR THE INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR US TO VERIFY PRODUCTS AND/OR WARRANTIES YOU PURCHASED OR WHICH WERE PURCHASED ON YOUR BEHALF, WILL NULL AND VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES PURCHASED BY OR ON YOUR BEHALF FOR ALL PRODUCTS OR MATTRESSES PURCHASED FROM AND/OR PROVIDED BY PURECARE.

THIS IS A NECESSARY CONSEQUENCE OF PURECARE HONORING YOUR DELETION REQUEST, AS BY DELETING ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PERTINENT TO YOUR WARRANTY AND PRODUCT PURCHASES, PURECARE CANNOT THEN VERIFY THE PRODUCT AND/OR WARRANTY THAT WAS PURCHASED BY OR ON YOUR BEHALF FROM OR PROVIDED BY PURECARE, AND THUS PURECARE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY AND FULFILL ANY OF YOUR WARRANTIES.
